I have just joined OW (my friend Anne Gallagher worked with Lily back in 2004 I think). Im now finding my way around this forum - there's so much to read and join up to!!!
At the moment I am living in Wales, UK, and Im working for the RSPCA, trying to get as much conservation experience outside of my working hours!
I am planning to come out to New Zealand around March time to do some work with the OW team. I have no boat handling experience but I have recently gained my Padi Advanced Open water Dive so Im hoping to gain loads of experience in order to help out as much as possible.
It sounds like everyone has the similar passion for conservation and working outdoors so it will be great talking to people about the work everyone does. Hopefully I may even meet some of you doing different work in different countries : )
